Las Fuentes is
capable of hosting large private events, which range from 20 to 150 people. Our indoor dining rooms are spacious and can accommodate
any celebration. When the weather is nice and warm, our patio is available for private parties. At Las Fuentes, we want all
our customers to have a great experience, and we would like the same for everyone in attendance for your party, to achieve
this please let us know any ideas or accommodations you may have that can greaten your experience at Las Fuentes. Party Packages
are served buffet style, and we offer Spanish rice, refried beans, tortillas, soft drinks, and chips and salsa.

Private Dining Policies
- Reservations: For private parties indoor or outdoor, are reserved
according to the size of the group, time of the event and room availability.
- Guarantees: A guarantee number of guests is required three (3) business
days prior to the event, in order to purchase fresh products for the evening. After that time, the guarantee may be increased,
but not decreased from the number given. The guest check for the event will be prepared based upon the guaranteed number of
guests or the number of guests actually attending, whichever number is greater. If no guarantee is given by the client, Las Fuentes will
use the largest number of guests indicated on the letter of intent as a basis for the guarantee.
- Taxes and Gratuity: Sales tax and gratuity
apply to all food and beverage charges. Sales tax and gratuity of 18% are additional.
- Deposits and Cancellations: A deposit
of 25% is required for groups more than 30 people. This deposit is refundable 30 days prior to the event. After
30 days, the deposit is refundable only if we are able to reserve another function of comparable size in place of the cancelled
reservation.
- Payment Terms: Payment in full is due at the conclusion of the event. The amount of your received deposit
will be deducted from the total cost of the event. We gladly welcome American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club,
cash.
